Cancellations-
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling your appointment for any reason with less than 48 hours notice will result in a loss of the deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment.
Reschedules-
Any service must be rescheduled 48hrs in advance to be valid. You can only reschedule two times with the same deposit. After third time a new deposit is needed. This policy applies to all permanent makeup procedure, touch-ups and tiny tattoos.
NO EXCEPTIONS
Late Appointments-
There is a 15 minutes grace period. If client is 15 or minutes late for their appointment will result to cancellation. An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment.
No-Shows-
If client no-show for their appointment will result in a loss of the deposit and an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. Clients with more than two no-shows will result to a block from further appointments.
This policy applies to all permanent makeup procedure, touch-ups and tiny tattoos.
NO EXCEPTIONS
We please ask to not bring any kids to the appointment. We love little ones and I have one myself, but this is an extremely detailed service that requires client to be still through out the procedure and there must be 100% focus of your artist without any distractions.
This is a high sanitation environment and it’s very important to limited how many people are in the room due to cross contamination.

What are the contraindications to PMU?
Pregnant or breast feeding
Under age of 18 years old
Taking immunosuppression medication / diagnosed with immune disorder
Have an active infection ( UTI included )
Have any upcoming surgeries within 4 weeks
Taking blood thinning medication
Taking Adderall
Diabetic
Currently taking pain killers or any street narcotics the past week
Have taken antibiotic within 30 days
Have tendency of keloid
Have taken Acutane in the last year
Botox injection within the last 4 weeks
Have had an micro needling, laser or any chemical peels within the last 4 weeks
Pre-Care to Permanent Makeup?
Read through all the contraindications to make sure you are a candidate for this service.
No working out 24hrs prior to your appointment.
No alcohol or caffeine the night before and morning leading up to your appointment.
1 week before appointment avoid blood thinners, aspirin.
No waxing should be done 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
No brow tint or henna 2 weeks before your appointment.
Botox should be done 3 weeks prior to your appointment.
After-Care to Permanent Makeup?
Keep the area dry for 24 hrs.
No working out 24hrs prior to your appointment
Gently wash with mild soap twice/day
Apply thin layer of ointment 3 times/day
Do not use washcloth, pick or scratch tattoo area
Do not use steam, sauna, swim for 10 days
Do not put makeup on tattoo area for 10 days
No heavy sweaty exercise for 1 week
Avoid the SUN for 1 week
